Default Cost to have lt1 heads/cam intalled?

was thinking about saving up for an le2 heads/cam package, but was curious to see how much it would cost for a shop/ls1techie to install them. i consider myself somewhat mechanically inclined, but ive never cracked open an engine, so i dont think it'd be too smart for me to try it, especially on my dd. if anybody knows a good shop in the dfw area that would do this, im all ears.

$1500 is the going rate, prepare to replace every thing you touch with a car that old. The LE2 stuff makes good power, Brady has set up a cpuple cars with LLoy'd stuff and they all did really well. Another one to look at is Advanced Induction, they have a lot of impressive LTX cars under their belt.

at almost 180k on the clock i'd be scared to do nitrous until i rebuild with forged components. im not sure if the engines ever been rebuilt, i think it may have as it runs perfect, doesnt smoke, knock, or anything like that. keeps up pretty well with buddy's 02 b4c at that. i just have to be sure though
