my uverse service was inconsistant,but when it worked i loved it. after 4 months of poor quality i let them go.

if you live in a house, i can hook you up with basic Comcast. channels like discovery, comedy central, mtv, no hbo or showtime. just normal cable

just don't get Directv .. **** goes out everytime there is a slight breeze or cloud in the sky..

I jumped from U-verse to Dish and haven't had a problem since. Not sure if he still works there, but "red281gt" worked for Dish when I was making the switch and he answered lots of question. Not sure if he still does.

I miss the DVR features from U-Verse, but not the locking up. I kept AT&T for home internet, which has never given me any problems.

ive got uverse and overall it works pretty well. ive had it freeze up before but only like 3 or 4 times since i got it, which was about a year ago.

i know guy who can hook up basic for seventy five bux, an for 200 can hook up high speed DSL that will always be on forever

Well for the 1st 6 months they give you a sick deal, however if you ever have an outage, or just try to call in general with questions they have terriable customer service alot of the time. Like most major companies they have outsourced reps who couldnt be more useless LOL.

If you do get the service, make sure you keep the phone numbers handy becuz it isnt easily found on there online site.
