So I was going to Rockport and I got a ticket for doing 74 in a 55 . Any way I am hispanic and on the ticket where it says race the cop put W and I heard that it can be dismissed because of this . Is this true ?

According to this year's census, Hispanic is not a race, it is an ethnicity. Doubt you'll get a dismissal based on that.

I'm native american but they don't have that block on the ticket to check. Sure I look white, but I'm 1/16 card carrying Cherokee I'm the real minority if something has to go to EEO

I'm cherokee but look white and I can't count the number of time jackasses came into my former employer to look at car audio and always try to see if I would struggle through spanish or finding someone to translate or something only to find out they speak perfect english
