cam/bolt on only 10w-30 or 5w

cam/bolt on only 10w-30 or 5w first time changing the oil since my cam was installed about 6 months ago. Do i just stay with the 10w 30 or should i go to 5 weight. Just bolt ons and 224/230 cam . its my dd

I run 0w-30 German Castrol in my SS, in the G8, and I ran it in the TBSS. Honestly, either oil weight you listed will work fine, just so it is a quality oil and you have a quality filter.
