Default Does this sound like lifter tap?

It started this morning. You can't really rear it much when looking at the engine, but you can hear it when you get under the passenger side of the car. You can't hear it at all on the driver's side. Does this sound like lifter tap, or maybe an exhaust leak? Maybe I just need to change my oil, idk. You have to listen closely in the video.
