DWI Divert Program Has anyone done this or know anyone that is/or has participating in it? Friend needs some advice on doing it.. Thanks Guys

On the divert program you can't have any prior convictions not including traffic violations.Your b.a.c cant be too high you will still have to complete up to a year probation, and A.L.R hearing for your drivers license which can be suspended either way.
