Default Dallas peeps where to change oil?

I have had a very difficult time finding a legit place to change the oil in my car and the wifes suv ive been everywhere from dealerships to the 10 min quick change spots and every place i have been they either do it wrong or dont do it and say they did

i cant change it myself because the apartment complex where i live will not allow it, so do u guys know of a legit place? or a place i can watch to make sure it gets done right? or a place that will rent a lift so i can do it myself?

How did you come about to this conclusion?

Just about any place that does oil changes doesn't care if you're watching them, especially if you're outside of the work bay.

for example they will change the oil in my wifes suv but not change the oil filter, yet they will say they did and charge me for it

or they will use a wrench 1 size too big on my drain plug and strip the bolt head rounding it off and i dont notice it til im under the car changing up my exhaust or something and then i see that my drain plug bolt head is round...... so i have to go to the dealer and order a new drain plug then take my old one off with vice grip pliers

or i notice a drop of oil in the driveway so i jack up the camaro to see where its coming from and i see the oil filter is covered with oil on the outside, i touch it with my finger and the damn thing spins off..... good thing it was in my driveway and i wasnt driving the car 70mph down the interstate when the oil filter spins off and all my oil goes out...... or im sure there would go my engine and i promise you "jiffy lube" or whatever place i tried that time wouldnt take responsibility for blowing my engine

and every place i have been wont let me watch, i have even called around and all i have gotten was no i cant go where its being done and watch because of b.s. safety rules
