Can someone near SA spot paint my bumper? Noticed someone scraped my bumper today, and didn't leave a note 
. It's about 5inches by 5 inches. I have no experience with spot painting. Is it more cost efficient to just get the whole thing repainted?

Did it scrape the bumper as well? It scraped the rear bumper right on the corner. I'll post pics tomorrow. I parked it in the garage and my cam phone isn't showing the scratches with the poor lighting. Ill take pics with the gfs camera tomorrow.
