anybody here know of any good muay thai classes im looking for a good muay thai gym around plano/allen/frisco area. i was in kempo and kickboxing for 7 years but have kind of taken a 3 or 10 year break lol. just looking to see what muay thai has to offer and seeing if anyone can recommend a good place. thanks in advance.

but honestly most of it is "waterdown" version cause' of the MMA schools, but where did you train kickboxing and with who?

janiras muay thai in plano, heard great things about him and he is a world champ of thai decent. he trains a wec fighter i believe, anthony something. lol just go to thailand and get trained like jean claude lol.

oh yea bare knuckle fighting is definitely not on my to do list with a bunch of thai natives lol at least not at this particular moment. lol
