Default Anyone renting out a home in the DFW?

EDITED

Just moved back from San Antonio, currently staying with family but looking to get into a house. Just looking to see if anyone on the boards is renting a house out in the DFW area or maybe knows anyone who may be renting one out. I would prefer Carrollton, Addison, Plano, or anywhere close to this area. I currently work in Plano.

EDIT: North Dallas, Richardson, Garland, Addison, Carrollton, Plano, Frisco will all work.

Thanks,
Mike

Thats fine I'm not a realtor. I know people that rent out houses.

I just need to know what your looking for. I can ask them how much they rent for I just don't know what your looking at in cost don't want to tell you about a house if its out of your range.

No problem. I'll pm you. Really need 3 bedrooms, 2 minimum, a garage, 1.5 bath minimum, sq footage varies, not too picky.

Dont know if it works but I have a 3/2/2 currently with hardwood floors and a very open 1800 sq ft floorplan... rent is $1300/month. It's in Keller and is at the end of a cul de sac.

EDIT: Grand Prairie, North Dallas, Richardson, Irving, Garland will all work as well.
