Default LQ9 or repair LS1?

So this past freeze here in Houston my D***A*S forgot to put anti frezze in my car due to the fact my car had a leak in the radiator, as a result everything POPPED my left head cracked and my waterjackets cracked and separated from my cylinder walls on 3 of my right side pistons.
I already have some 241 P/P heads with dual springs an LS6 intake and 7.4 chromoly pushrods sitting on the side. Im planning on doing a MS4 while its out. My brother (NEED MO POWA!) gave me his old walbro fuel pump and ima buy some new 42lb injectors.

THE QUESTION: Should i buy a junkyard 6.0 or just buy a bare ls1 block and put my internals into it?
OR: buy a Bare LQ9 use my crank and rods and buy some pistons.
OR:Bare LQ9 use my crank and Forged pistons and rods.

The Car is a stock 1998 C5 with 40k M6.
The cheapest route.....WHAT TO DO?

Go with whatever you find, iron is usually cheaper.
