Default Melling M296?

I just picked up a Melling M296 from Advanced this morning on the way to work, ordered it the other day. Upon a 2nd closer look, I am thinking the 'Advanced' M296 is not same? Here is a shot of it...I have probably answered my own question, however; just need a sanity check.

You need a 10296, the one you have is for a Dodge. We have a few of them at the shop if you wanna stop by.
