My wife would like to practice using her new DSLR Canon Rebel I bought her recently. Anyone interested? This thing takes awesome pictures and my wife has a terrific eye. This is FREE. Here are a couple of mine taken at midnight last night. My car is scratched up and dirty, sorry ...

tell your wife to look at a site called digital photography school. i have a cannon t2i and it taught me alot about my camera and its settings, rule of thirds is a big one, photo composition etc. get her a good tripod and she will be able to run longer shutter speeds and the above pictures wont turn out so dark. running a light over the car in the second picture while shooting a long shutter speed would light both the car and the background. its called light painting. many fun things are waiting to be discovered with your new camera! good luck!

^ I got her a good tripod last night. Shes still learning the camera but has attended formal classes on photography techniques and all that jazz. She mainly just wants more practice. The pics she took last night were with a led flash thingy she has. She did some cool "ghost" lookin pictures... double exposures and that sort of stuff. I never thought I would spend as much on a camera as i would on a H/C/I setup... this **** aint cheap...

I'd be interested in this for sure! '69 GTO Judge clone with a 6 liter LS1 style motor with a Turbo
check out my build thread for more pics and info
my buddy would probably also be interested to do it at the same time.. his is a 60 parkwood wagon.. also has a Turbo ls1 style motor
we are both in the DFW area (I'm in Carrollton and he's in Lake Dallas)

DAAAAMN!!! There's a lot of you... Let me see how we can set some of you guys up. Do you have a specific location you would like to shoot at? Will you have any props? Maybe we can set up a small meet and shoot several at the same time. The time of day is important so it would need to be later in the day. Dusk is perfect and we can go into the night if you want.

+1 for good guys...there will be so many different cars to choose from that will all be worth taking pictures of...most of the cars will be sitting still but you could get some pictures of cars in motion on the slalom course(I think thats what its called, cones set up for cars to run on a road course, one at a time-timed lap)
