Well, I don't know what to really say about it but here's some pics. I need a guy that's well versed in this kind of thing that wants to help. I'd be so grateful. Car's in Bellaire area (59/610). I gotta house these 19x14 monsters. Any takers?

Both still look like garbage. Should've just got some sheet metal and used self tapping screws. They make shortened rear ends and mini-tubs to fit wider rims.
You going to get fixed headlights, JDM tow hook, and the little lights since you are inspired by that L88? It would make a good craigslist car.

you better finish this bitch son
I see what your shooting for, I hope you finish it so I can see what it will look like. Not sure where you could take it since its been started, I suspect that most shops would want to tear it down and start from scratch. Either way it looks like to cool idea. Ill wait till the final product is complete before making my mind up, but if it looks anything like that old vett its going to be sweet.

first off, you've glassed a steel quarter to a urethane bumper... ****'s gonna crack in a matter of minutes. Edit: nevermind, cracks started on pic #3 and #4 - may want to cut a line or somehow create a 2-piece flare where the bumper meets the quarter
second, search for W2W (wheel 2 wheel) - they used to be a sponsor here and they flared fenders on a camaro using sheetmetal and I believe gently heating/bending the rear bumper to match the lines
if sheetmetal isnt an option, frankly, I'd find some aftermarket flares that kinda-sorta fit ('96 Corvette GS or Bushwhacker) and modify those as opposed to piling a **** ton of fiberglass and trying to sand/grind it all smooth
should look awesome either way when you're done
