Had a dealership try to update my sync system to the latest version and they said it took, but it automatically was glitchy - now they are saying it never took because my APIM was faulty and that their is no way they could break it with the IDS. Any truth to this? It had zero issues prior to dropoff and I would think a mistake by the tech could easily fry a module - any insight would be very useful.
