Default springs for g5x2 cam

Ok guys just recently picked up a cam from on here and its the lg g5x2 and i cant decide on wich dual valve springs to get? Wich ones would work best?

Whats the specs on the cam and what heads/valves you using?

If its a fairly aggressive cam lobe and you have a big valve turning 6200+, use atleast 145-155 lbs on the seat and 380-400 open. Most good dual springs like patriot extreme golds for example are in that rating class.
