Water in the valves

Water in the valves
I was doing an ls6 intake swap and left rags in the runners in the heads and placed the manifold back over the rags on the heads to go get the ls6 coolant lines.
It rained later that night and when I went to resume the install today the rags were soaked and there is water sitting in the valves
I got a shop vac and sucked the water in the vales out, and I plan to drain the oil out and put fresh oil in it before I start it again.
Do you guys have any other advice for me to do? I don't think it will be a major issue as long as I change the oil right?

After it is all back together I would pull the plugs and crank it over a few times, remember not all of the valves are closed at the same time so you may have a cylinder with water in it that the shop vac couldn't reach. More than a few LSx's have been turned into scrap with a liquid locked cylinder.
