Default My son's Godfather hits the wall

First let me say he's at home now and doing well. He has some bruises on his head, arms, and shoulders not to mention some torn legiments in his knee; but all that aside he's well and in good spirits. He even told me how he wants to keep going with racing so there's that.

As far as what happened, he can't remember what turned him. All he remembers doing is checking up on the brakes then wall. The vidoe isn't the best quality nor does it show all of the wreck, but it rolled a few times before landing on its roof.

When crews got there and got it on its wheels three men couldn't get the door off. His younger brother pushed them aside screaming "That's my brother" and ripped the door off! Adrenaline is a hell of a thing.

Glad to hear he's okay for the most part and survived the crash.

Thanks guys.

Turns out that wasn't the only bad crash at that track on that day even. Another driver went to the hospital as well but all in all I think he said 8 cars crashed in that same lane.

Man that sucks, glad he is ok! Unfortunately it is part of the business, not a good one. Now to get to putting that car back together for the next race.

Best wishes for him and the family!
