Forget the polish and just have them ported.
I'm sure there are more but the two I can think of is Frankenstein and Lloyd Elliot. I've never used either so do your homework.

house of hot rods aka LENMAR MOTORSPORTS is very good but since your in grand prairie, go to thier competetor, MORGAN AND SON RACING ENGINES!!!
