My poor truck Well after 9 years of accident free driving, my luck finally ran out... T-boned a charger in an intersection. Police didnt assign fault to either driver. Hoping the insurance company will see things how i saw them happening. (I cant speak for the other driver but my light was green, have a witness to back me on this)

I really dont know, we both has witnesses saying our lights were green. I sat there for almost an hour watching the lights cycle and his light never superseded mine. So mine would go green, yellow, red (Northbound lane). Then cars from the Eastbound would go, then after that his side the Westbound lanes would go.
