I'd be interested in getting into this type of work. How does one go about applying for a TWIC? Really want to get out of the office environment.

I work in the plants. I don't have a brother named Tony or work at advance. My brother is in cali doing I/C/A Tech work like I do. I just got another job offer in Fort Stockton that I will be going to for 4-6 months. Time to make some money!

I currently work for Flint Hills Resources here in Corpus Christi. Just started out in the labor pool which is a training program for people trying to get a foot in the Process Operating field. They should be hiring again towards April-May time.

If you're looking for Operations, I&E or Maintenance jobs these are the recruiters that arrange most of the pre-employment testing for the majority of the plants in the area.

Good luck dude. Stand tall and be confident, that's what they liked about me.
Ya ok. You didn't get the job based on that one question you froze up on.

Who gives a ****? Was that comment that important to you?

I got an interview next Tuesday, so excited. He said we will probably load rail cars for the first couple months because of our age but he wants us in there, I'll keep you guys posted I'm sure i can get others in. $18 an hour loading stuff ain't bad but after that it's a done deal. They just wanna make sure we are ready for the work and we won't run off before we get in the plant.
