Default Looking for nice neighborhoods in SA

I am starting to look for a rent house out here while I work. Family is moving out this summer and I would like to be set up first. Looking for a nice neighborhood preferably on the south/southwest side. Anyone have any advice or ideas. I am going to take on a roomate so we are looking for a 5or 6 bedroom house hopefully with a pool.

I currently stay in Kenedy and work in between Three Rivers and Tilden. Pleasanton seems perfect location but housing is completely full.

I live off of Potranco/151. Good nieghbor hoods around the area. There are some nice houses up on Military/151 towards Sea World or by Stevens Highschool all up on Ellison Dr. Area is 78245. I just bought a 5 bedroom.

Look around 37 S and Mathis road. **** my buddy father in law has a ranch with several houses on it. One may be for rent. He actually wants to move out of his house. He lives off mathis road and 37 outside 1604.

Brian is out here now and might stay with us instead of getting a trailer.

I am looking for a 4 bedroom with a pool unless Brian wants in then I would like to get a 5 bedroom.

I lived off 151 and W. Military and worked all in that area, if you leave early enough it wasn't really a bad drive. I had lease locations from Encinal to Gonzales pretty much.

My wife (Monica Tillman) is a real estate agent. She specializes in homes rentals in San Antonio, TX. As of Jan. '11 she has access to over 1400+ rental homes/apartments/condo's for in person viewing in San Antonio,TX.

Her services are free to you as she is paid a referral fee at move in by the property manager who represents the home you choose.

Its a win-win situation!

Best website for a DIY search is Zillow.com. On Zillow.com alone you'll find her contact info listed on 100+ prime properties in the San Antonio,Tx area.

We came across a few houses in Floresville that we like. anyone know much about that area? We might possibly purchase and I need to know that the area is either growing or holding it's value.
