Default Why was my thread locked? Below

I asked for recommendations on a tuner in DFW. I am not from the area but the military is shipping my car from Dallas and so I'll be in the area. Do sponsors not view this forum to provide technical guidance or offer services? Is LS1tech no longer the place to go when needing technical support and advice? A courtesy PM explaining this is much appreciated.

Ahhh I see. I posted a "what Catback makes the most power" thread... Well thank you for offering assistance. First time in the Texas section. Will send PM.

The moderator who closed it SHOULD have contacted you. Sorry about that. The main reason is that those "which tuner" threads always turn into a pissing match and argument in this forum.

Why not have a locked sticky of all the Texas sponsors names/locations/phone numbers? Or will that search feature narrow it down to location? It would help out a bit.

Click on "Vendors" towards the top of the page. In the "Show Vendors Near You" drop down box, select "TX - USA".

If you want to view feedback from a particular vendor on the list, do a search for said vendor.

The threads like yours are closed because many people suggest using a person or company that are not a sponsor of ls1tech.com.

Thank You,

Nine Ball, that is what I thought and I appreciate it. I also appreciate the recommendations. As I type this on my phone I am sitting in the lobby at LG Motorsports awaiting my tune. This place is like Disney World to me.
