So i was going to school earlier today (5pm) and i just felt a giant vacuum inside the cabin i look up and my targa was in mid flight. there weren't enough curse-words to describe how i felt. It almost hit an SUV that was behind me, good thing he was paying attention. I turned around and picked it up. It fits but its all scraped and bent. i think it can be repaired but i dont know, ill post pictures tomorrow.

yup. lost one on my Z28 after 3 weeks of owning it back in 08. OP, good luck buddy. i still always laugh wondering how much **** came out of the guys *** whom my top landing in front of after flying off...messed up, but funny knowing no one was hurt lol

If you can't anything but the glass ones, you can paint it. They end up looking like the regular ones. Do they only come in fiberglass and glass?

The one time I forgot to lock my driver side T top I heard a whistling while going down the highway.
By the time I figured out where it was coming from, I saw the T top start to lift off, somehow I managed to get my hand out and hold it just enough to keep it from flying while I found the nearest exit lol.

I havent got a new one...i just started my new job monday so it wont be for a while. i just pushed it down to bend it straight again...i whistles on the frreeway but it doesnt leak water so ill keep it until i can afford a new one
