Tonight - TWS Street Night 6/6 drag racing! Tonight - TWS Street Night 6/6 drag racing!
- We are bringing some lights for racing after dark.
This may be the week ABC 40 (local TV station) comes out and film the drag racing as part of an upcoming story - lets have a big turnout to draw more out!
We have some big plans to improve the track - but we need people to come to the events to show interest.

This Wednesday we are having fun at TWS (Texas World Speedway). This event is open to the public – feel free to spread this around ***may not be a bad idea to link them to one of these original posts, so that they may get updated information.
$10 to spectate, another $10 to race ($20 total to race for those not-so-good at SCIENCE) - bring cash, I don't think they can take anything else.
*Kids 12 and under are free
Gates open at 5pm, racing starts at 6pm – closes when people stop running or sometime between 9-10 pm
1/8th mile “street racing” – no timers, no starting lights ( arm-drop method). NO TRACK PREP – this is similar to street racing.
Street legal vehicles are eligible – must have exhaust, current inspection and registration. Slicks are allowed.
NO DRUGS OR ALCOHOL ALLOWED
This is a fun event – keep it safe.
