New to Texas hot rod scene!!! Hey everyone I've lived in the Austin area for about 2 years now. I'm just now about to get into the car scene since I'm going to pick up my LQ4 swapped 88 Monte SS from Illinois in early August. My problem is trying to pass Texas state inspection. Wondering if anyone has any ideas on getting around inspection. Look forward to seeing some of you out on the streets in the near future!!!
PS if there are any lake travis boaters around I do have my boat in town hit me up some time to kick a few back and hang out.

I havn't had it tested yet due to It's not out here yet. Not sure if it will pass due to cam and no cats dont want to register in TX if I cant pass inspection.

Thanks Ws6kid just was wondering since they jerked me around about the tint on both of my every day drivers. Also had the shittiest experience with my boat and trailer...btw the trailer is still not registered.
