Default Kick in the pants loudmouth and k&n 465 hp

I have up for sale my 1996 SLP SS camaro. This is a numbered car and has the plaque on the console to show it. It is number 1740 of only 2000 made for the return of the SS in 96. I am the second owner of the car and the first was my next door neighbor. The car is 100% stock with the exception of a k&n air filter but don't let that fool you it left the chevy factory with 345 horsepower and was sent to SLP where it got a kick in the pants and bumped up to 465 horsepower. It has the SLP loudmouth exhaust on it so it can sound like a cadillac or you can take the caps off and raise the dead. It is a great car and with the 6th gear it has it does amazing on gas. Realisticly it will get 20-24mpg on the highway. It has brand new paint by ppg, I do have all of the badges to the car I just liked it better without but I can put them back on if need be. It does have a couple of flaws too the driver seat is ripped and the dash is cracked other than that it is a clean car. I am available for it to be viewed day or night. 2I4 7I7 2051 call or text May consider trade for a wrangler or tahoe.

Judging by the pic and description the exhaust is a 2OTL with cutout, not a loudmouth.

A 96 Z28 was rated with 285 hp not 345. It LT1's made 345 they would have outran LS1's, but they didn't. A SS was rated at 305hp. If its "all stock" with a K&N and cut outs there is no way it makes 465hp.

How can an owner of a car be so ignorant about it.

And of course, you have all the documentation on the modifications from SLP and a dyno to go with it to verify your claims right?

Glad I wasn't the only one that found this add funny. I don't claim to be the smartest when it comes to fbodies, but that guy is just stupid. Probably a high mileage ride with a purdy paint job and a dumb *** owner.

Good laugh for the day: - )
