Default Another weird problem. Please help!!

Ok, I'll try and make this as short as possible.

My car started fine this morning and the drive to work was totally normal. About 30 seconds away from my work, I noticed a weird noise so I muted my music and it was like my motor was having a seriously hard time, well I turn into my parking lot and by then my car was barely running. At idle it sounds like it has a cam almost. If I try to give it some gas it sounds like its running on a few cylinders. The entire motor is shaking when idling as well.

A few weeks ago, I had a weird problem (my car was bogging when under a load) but I cleaned my maf and that took care of it. I also changed my fuel filter and air filter.

But anyways, I checked all my fuses and they were all good. I have a code reader and I pulled a few codes. po410, po412, po418, po102. The po102 is low voltage to the maf sensor. but I'm not sure what the problem could be. Is my maf just going bad? I also tried unplugging the maf and starting it and it still idled just as bad. But i'm not sure if it takes a little for the pcm to realize that the maf is not plugged in or if it reverts to factory settings right away. I also looked for any broken or cracked hoses or anything that had become disconnected and couldn't find anything.

The car is stock besides a few bolt ons. None that would affect performance.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated especially since I'm stuck at work for the time being.

P0410- http://www.obd-codes.com/p0410
P0412- http://www.obd-codes.com/p0412
P0418- http://engine-codes.com/p0418.html

Based on those I'd look into your AIR pump failing.

Well, the reason for the air pump codes is because I've had the air pump fuse out for a while because it's noisy and annoying. But that wouldn't cause my car to run like this. I mean, it's not just a little rough idle, it's pretty damn rough.

Also, the exhaust smells very strongly of fuel

Ok, so I cleared the codes and started it up and let it idle for a minute or so. The only new code I got is po300. which is a random misfire code. I researched a little more and a guy who had a similar problem had a bent valve. I have no idea how I would have bent a valve, especially being that I didn't get on it or do anything crazy this morning.

Believe it or not, this Saturday I was planning on dropping my car off to get lt's true duals (catless) and the plugs and wires changed. Is there any chance that a bad plug or wire could make it this extreme? There is a possibility of a clogged cat though I didnt think of that. But would it have happened all of the sudden? and would it smell like fuel?

I did just run a bottle of seafoam through the fuel tank so maybe the carbon blew through the motor and built up in the cat? Just a shot in the dark

Also what about the possibility of a random misfire?

Ok, so my mechanic found that a pushrod was bent as a valvespring had broke on the same cylinder. He's putting everything back together now, so we'll see what happens! Did a leak down test on the cylinder for any damage to the piston and everything checked out ok.
