Default Dow Distribution Operator?

I received an email from DoW for a test date, although im in iraq working untill December still. Before i blow this option away and a chance at possibly getting into the plants, does anyone know what the usual starting pay for this position is? There is no way i can make the test date, and i cant leave this 6 figure job for just a test. What are my options, if any? Thanks

My son was going for a dist op, I think he said they were testing in a couple of months. He ended up getting a job as a contrator doing something else out there. I think he said starting pay was 18-20 a hour.

You are talking about the Freeport plant?

What kind of background do you have and what are you looking to do? I know quite a few people in the field now, I work for KBR now at a shell prototype facility. Everyone is starting to kick back up and get tons of work.
