Default Looking to hire another skilled fabricator

I'm looking to hire another fabricator with automotive experience. We are having a hard time keeping up and so I'm looking to add another member to the team.

You must have a high attention to detail and an eye for symmetry in your work. Please send pictures of YOUR work, fitment, and TIG welding projects as primary basis of your resume.

Please also send a resume of your previous work experience and education (or at least just a list if you don't have a formal resume).

Please email only, if you are the right person for the job you will be contacted further: taylor@dallasperformance.com

Best of luck. Finding good help is very hard these days. We have been hiring someone almost ever other week. They usually wash out in 3-5 days.

From what?

Crappy work?
Over work?
Under paid?
Long hours?
Uncomfortable weather?

Just curious?

Out of curiosity, roughly how much does a skilled fabricator make in the auto/performance industry?

I have a feeling more than one applies.
