Default need tuning help

ok my afr at idle is 14.5-16 and never goes below 14 and when i let off it is off the chart and backfires so place that tuned me screwed me good.

im strapped for cash at moment but willing to trade some tuning help for work or parts that ive got

im at stationed at fort hood any help would be appreciated

Your AFR should not jump that much at idle. Never goes below 14 at what? WOT? What do you mean about letting off? While cruising on the highway?

dosnt drop below 14 ever while cruising, idling,accelerating. when cruising it bounces all over the place too. flys off the chart when i let off throttle to shift or brake

car cuts fuel when you let off, causing your WBO2 to read lean.

You should remain stoich while idling or part throttle driving. Your AFR won't drop below stoich until you enter PE under WOT which should read close to 12.5. The AFR going nuts under shifts or braking is normal DFCO.

its a 2000 formula with ls6 intake p&p 853 heads baby cam long tube open headers k&n box delete setup

Open headers will not give you a reliable O2 reading at idle or decel unless your pipe extends 18-24" past the O2 sensor.
