What did they do to trash out the paint? That car can't even be a year old?

From the looks of it, they wiped off the dirt with paper towels and no water.

Paint looks excellent now, very nice job.

I was thinking the same thing, they barely came out for 2013 right?

That explains it. Did the dealership do that or the owner?

yea this customer just bought this car in june or so. The owner did it aside from using the brush at the car wash he drove it through one of those car washes at the gas station that isnt touchless.

This is one reason why I don't think I could be a professional detailer. Spend 10 hours working on something, and the dumbass drives through the first mud puddle they find. This is why I stopped detailing my wife's car and just take it to the $6 car wash.

To the OP - awesome job.

well when they spend the money they spend on polishing jobs like that i usually show em proper washing/drying techniques. I had a guy that got an FRS coated in August of last year or so and he washes it and takes care of it and i saw him a couple days ago and theres still no swirls in it. Proper Maintenance is the key.
