Default Need new clutch...

Well looks like I will be needing a new clutch, if any of you have a new or like new LS7 clutch for sale preferably Katech LS9X or something similar let me know. Thanks.

Don't put another LS7 clutch in there, they will die a similar fate at the track. My old Z06 smoked the stock clutch with less than 8K miles on it at the dragstrip. They get hot and start slipping, pedal sticks to the floor.

Katech LS9X worked awesome.

Rooster99SS has a used LS9 clutch for sale, not sure what he is wanting for it. If I remember right, it was out of a low mile car.

Yep. It's a stock takeout from a ZR-1 that had 15k miles on it. I'll sell it for $250

McLeod RXT. Watch your 60ft's drop .3. I pushed it as hard as I could at the track, and it slipped perfect everytime. And it was like butter on the street. Best clutch I've owned in a vette.

check classifieds...not sure if its what you want i have a SPEC 4+ solid hub clutch (SC664F) and SPEC (S75S) steel flywheel for sale...used it in my 2005 GTO and went to a twin disc set up(less than 1000 mils on it)

replace the shitty hydraulics while you are at as well...I have been thru 1 OEM MC, a Mcleod MC (POS) and now have the Tick MC in my C5Z, it was a night and day difference, no more hard shifts at high RPMS/sticking in gear etc...
