Question Houston area - looking to use some top end tools

Howdy,
I'm working on an LS2 shortblock with an LS3 top end for my Corvette. Before I buy a bunch of tools I probably won't use but one time, I was wondering if I could borrow or rent some locally. I can leave a deposit or work details as needed. I'm looking at needing things in about a month and then probably keep them for a few weeks.

Here's the list of what I think I need thus far:
- Flywheel Holder
- Crank Pulley install
- Timing degree wheel with indicator
- Valvespring Compressor - preferably c-clamp style or dual valve for LS3 offset intake
- Pushrod Checker - already bought this one
- Torque Angle Gauge - probably going to buy this one
- Solid lifter - probably just modify an old hydraulic
- Feeler gauges - probably buying these
- Used head bolts/gasket - for 6.0L and bolts from 04+ block (tor checking ptv)
- Dial indicator w base
- Check springs
- Crank pinning kit - I'd also need to source a pin

I'm in Seabrook - Clear Lake, but I work up near IAH airport. Let me know if you can help.
Thanks

Not sure I understood that last reply, but basically at this point looking for cam install/timing kit, balancer install tool, flywheel holder, valvespring compressor and possibly a crank pinning kit.

Damn that's a hell of a drive everyday, Seabrook to IAH. Well, I used to drive from Katy to NASA for a few years.
