I just wanted to share my experiences regarding his tuning service.
First off I am running an A&A kit with a 3.6in pulley, meth injection, 1-7/8 headers on an otherwise stock LS2 engine. My car would not hold a steady idle, was surging badly, and would die several times daily. Having spent as much money as I did to have the car run like this was discouraging to say the least. I really felt defeated.
Having read a lot of good things about Pat on other boards, and considering that he was only 2 hours away I thought it couldn't hurt to try him out.
I spoke with him over the phone and through email several times before I actually committed to a tuning session. He was always quick to respond, never short or in a hurry to get off the phone. He did a good job explaining things to me and answered all of my questions. I wasn't 100% sure if my issues could be corrected with tuning, but he more or less assured me he would get the car running smooth as glass... and that he did!
I arrived at the shop, and both Pat and Kurt where more than friendly, polite and professional. Pat seemed to be very thorough, taking his time with the tune. By the time the car rolled off of the dyno it was running 100 times better, and making an extra 63 hp/42tq to the tires. We took it out on the road for some drive-ability tuning, and I could not get the car to duplicate any of the old symptoms it had before.
Today the car starts right up, idles like it should, and actually stays running. I can let off the gas and it will smoothly decel instead of the old bucking and surging it used to do. It was pretty embarrassing to drive through a parking lot and either have to keep tapping the gas, or let the car stall out. Today that is not an issue.

I just went there Tuesday to get my 03 Z SD tuned with a ECS blower. Great people there and highly recommend him. He was nice enough not to laugh at my tune.

LOL, no. The owner finally came and picked it up after letting it sit for over 3 years outside. Way too nice of a truck to go unloved for so long.

Nice, very nice car you got there. Looks like a blast to drive.
I had a black 02 Z, that car got way more attention and compliments than my C6.
There is no doubt Pat is an asset to the culture in TX.

Pat G is the man, a few of my friends have been tuned by him with fantastic results! I haven't had any tuning done by him YET, but he answered an email from me on Christmas. CHRISTMAS PEOPLE! If that doesn't show dedication and top notch customer service, I don't know what does!
