I do all the tuning for several shops that build almost nothing but pro touring and other hot rods with ls swaps. If you go to the bottom of http://www.lsxpowertuning.com/about-us.html
it has pictures of just a few we have tuned recently. I can put you in touch with a couple places you can go check out and see if you like their work. They all do top notch work.

I have also heard good things about GAP racing. Talked to George at the Autorama on Fri- very knowledgable.
The roadster shop chassis in their booth was a thing of beauty.
