Just throw on a smaller blower pulley to turn up the boost to make up for the extra space. LOL. Well now atleast, you can really turn up the heat.

NemeSS has a fresh 408 short block, pretty good deal.. I believe it has dished/forged pistons, H-beam rods (built for boost)..PM him for more details.

I have a forged ly6 short block built for boost. Stock bore with dished wiseco pistons and eagle hbeam rods. Pistons and bearing are coated. It has the 24 tooth reluctor wheel. I decided to do what I know and stick with nitrous for now.

408's will have a smaller bore than your 6.2l. It could mean having to buy a different cam and who knows what else. Make sure you do your research before you buy.

I would look into getting a set of forged rods and pistons. Then reuse your block and crank. It would be cheaper than buying complete short block. The stock cranks have been used many times for 800+ builds. Especially if you are boosted the extra cubes are not going to make much of a difference.
