Default Price check, 07 L92 6.2 complete pull out

I got a friend who may want to sell me his 07 6.2 that came out of his t boned Escalade. Hes having issues with the insurance company and only had liability & still owes on it, his loss could be my gain... haha... It has around 100k miles. This is a complete pull out from intake to oil pan, accessories, wiring, cpu, pedal etc... what is it really worth ?

Also the awd tranny out of it, the 6l80e I think it is, what it is worth?

I thought you had to have full coverage on a vehicle that's still being paid on ? Unless he's buying it form an individual that not a bank or dealer. Witch I'm guessing.

I thought it be worth more than that, maybe $4000. Can't find any for sale to compare or get a good estimate. Ebay is a joke at times so its hard to compare there.

Yes you should have full coverage but idk why he didn't. Some peeps buy a vehicle and don't always put full coverage on em. Why idk...

So the average sell of this is $3-4k?
Now is that with tranny or just engine swap setup?
What is the tranny worth by itself?
