Need shop recommendation - motor & trans swap Hey guys, not a frequent poster on here but have a coworker looking for a local shop (Houston). He just bought a '69 Vette and wants to throw an LS7 and what I am assuming would be a TR6060 in it. I haven't kept up that much to know if a T56 would work on the LS7.
I think he is buying a fresh LS7 and was looking for a used trans so I'll post up in the Classifieds with a WTB as well but was looking here more for some suggestions of local shops that can do a good job with this sort of swap. He's not looking to race or anything, this will just be a weekend/fun car for this guy. Please post up or PM me with your opinions.
