Default Converter Cut and Clean

I bought a used Precision Industries Vigilante converter and I want to have it cut and cleaned. Could I use a local trans shop such as North Texas Converter or should I have it sent back to Precision Industries?

I always use the local guys to avoid shipping and....I'm impatient. So yea, if north Texas converter is local and will work on someone else's converters, I would totally do it. They have always been great business to me and anyone I have sent their way.
