Any contractors here in the DFW area with a millon dollar bond? Hey guys looking at a house in Greenville tx on 2.3 acres. It needs foundation work, roof, and interior work. Needing a contractor with a millon dollar bond to come out and give me estimates on what its gonna cost roughly to get this house together.

When I sold my house in Greenville I called Carroll foundation to give me an estimate on potential repair scope. Not sure what their bond level is. Most contractors should give a free estimate. I don't know the reasoning behind your specific bond requirement, but maybe you can get additional insurance for doing repairs or something.

If you are worried about a major or total loss of the home value I'd probably seek my own insurance instead of relying on a contractor's, but I'm really not familiar with that.

Im looking to buy the house but my lendor wants a contractor with a million dollar bond. Inspector was there today foundation needs repair and roof and interior walls have to be replaced.
