If you are good at doing something, don't do it for free...

These transmissions are notorious for being easy to work on. If I had the time I would have done it myself. However with a 2 week old baby and some other work needed to be done on the car id rather just pay someone a small amount of cash to have it done quickly and correctly.

There's a guy named David, R&D Racing. He's built 3 different T56s for 3 different friends, Viper & two C5 Z06s, every one I know has been really happy with him.

Stephen? LMR did mine, about 7 yrs ago...still going

I forgot the guy's name too, but the only name I saved on my phone for LMR was Stephen or Steven. He had just come over from a "SixSpeedsInc"? or something similar sounding. I wish my memory was better...I've slept a dozen times since then lol

Maybe that's the one who actually rebuilt mine...and the one I dealt with on the phone was Stephen/Steven.

Update: It was Scott. Found more info in a thread here on Tech.

The one who rebuilt mine at the end of '08 had a *wife* who was into cars back then as well. (wickedrx7)
