Thought I would share this one here. Doing my normal media stuff at Royal Purple Raceway and kept seeing this Black Vette rowing the gears. Then realized it was a younger female. Found out she brought her BMW driving boyfriend out there to settle who had the faster car. With his being an auto she was going to have some work but still up for the challenge. This girl can drive. I was impressed. He had a new BMW that was modded with tune, CAI, Exhaust. I asked if I could film them and enjoyed the results:

LOL. I saw them out there but didn't realize she was there to deliver a beat down. My wife loves to row the gears as well even at the track. It makes it a lot better when I want to buy some parts.

Okay... So, that BMW doesn't look like an M3, so why in the hell would the guy even think he could beat a Vette with just those mods? Regardless of who was driving the Vette. Seems to be pretty fast for what it is, but still.

I wouldn't underestimate the 335, guessing his was probably a tune only car. Those 335s can be pretty damn quick with minimal effort, tune alone can be good for 80RWHP, making roughly 350-360 RWHP.Full bolton and tune can push them beyond 400RWHP and 450 RWTQ. The rear gearing and close ratio box really works well with them as well. They were easily faster with a little work than previous M3s E90/E92 with the NA V8.

200 lb beards are a requirement these days. If you don't have a flat-billed cap, a 200+ lb beard and at least one sleeve of super-bad-*** tattoos, you really have no business in the automotive aftermarket world.

Thats what I was thinking. My old boss had a 335 with the 3.0 liter twin turbo in it with full exhaust, CAI, and tune (his was a manual gearbox thou). I dont know what it wouldve dyno'd but I could see it making some vette (stock) owners severely butthurt.
