Not my "source"... but thanks for the concern. One of my Vette buds told me about that place. It "may" have helped me, it "may" have not.

why will it not pass?... if it's something visual like window tint a lot of places may not even notice... if it is because of a cel on a 96+ car good luck, I have seen guys go to jail using different cars than what the inspection was intended for... if this is the case your best bet is to at least get it in passable condition as far as the emission part of the test goes

tint too dark, no cats, no brights, etc.

its a 99 car with no CEL that is getting tuned tomorrow.

im gonna run by the place oh1z06 mentioned tonight after work to see what their hours are. id like to do as much on the weekend as i can.

if that's all I don't see it being too much of an issue... worst case scenario take it to one of the shops in the hood lol

Brother, I took my Fiance's Acura TL there and her tint was too dark... slipped the dude $$$ and Viola.... it passed.... Amazing......

i found a place to pass me. they initially failed me because i had 3 not readys and am only allowed two (99 model). they told me to drive to Oklahoma and back and then bring it right back. i did and the retest only showed 1 not ready.

now i need to figure out the cheapest way to register it in my name from my father's name.
