I don't thing 4200 will cover the material for a proper 24'x12' slab. Concrete is about $110 a yard. I actually typoed in my other post. My slab is gonna run $10400.

Makes sense, about 2.5x less material needed for you than the slab I need. I wish I could get mine for 5-7k, lol.

It has been about eight months waiting for dry enough conditions.... But yes, it is quite a relief to finally be able to get back to work.

Got mine slab done last week, saved enough on the slab getting a 26x26 apron done in front now. They just formed it up today.

Nice. I'm glad at this point I'll be in to the 40x60 slab and the 14' steel building for 21k.

Who did you get the building from and what kit is it? That is really cheap. Are you doing the assembly.

Gorilla steel here in Porter. He built the kit for me. I am assembling everything myself.

That sounds like a hell of a deal. My steel is going to be 30'x60'x14'. The material alone without any prefab work (kit) will end up around $10k W/3 roll up doors. That is an estimate but I am sure that will be close. If I could get a kit with the tabs welded already for close to that I would buy it in a heartbeat.

I can give you his number but transporting it may hurt. My clips(tabs for the C channel) are going to be pre welded. But my price is with no doors. I'll buy them later after the shop is up since I just don't have the extra 1600$ Right now.

The same thing happened on my job but it was the second dump truck. We had to unload it with the back hoe where it got stuck to get it out. It was about 2.5 seconds after I told the driver "SWING WIDE TO THE RIGHT".... NO, THE OTHER RIGHT! What a dumbass. Oh well, we have all been the dumbass before.

This guy must be family to the concrete company, because the contractor said he screws up all the time.
