Well, the final chapter. Wiring was done Thursday as well as a lift installed. Already using it and all I need before winter is the roll up doors. Then a 4 post lift.

So badass... I'm jealous. That's one of the baddest play houses I've ever seen.
I'd probably never walk into the "real house" if I had something like that.

If only I could have made it 2 story high I probably wouldn't even use the house. Lol

Glad you like it.

If I can't own a "shouse" I want to at least have a game room, office, and full bathroom in my shop when I get it done. I would build this on a mini second level above my work benches and tool boxes and what not. Depends on how high the sidewalls are obviously.

I did find a nice place with a 1500 sqft house and a big 4 in a row shop. Definitely worth looking at if I was in the market to sell my current house. (But I'm still broke so that's a slight challenge yet)

My 40x60 was quoted 12,5-14,500$ on January. Everything has gone up since.

My friends 40x60 with 40x40 apron ended up being $24k here in Brenham. That was with dirt work also. I have a 24x40 slab and 24x26 apron and it was $10k in concrete here in Brenham. Those were both done at peak concrete prices here, they have actually went down a little since April here. I would have went bigger if concrete wasnt so high at the time $125/yard.
