Default Any heavy equipment operators looking for a job near midland?

I just got word that my company is opening an operation near or in midland. I'm going up there this weekend and will report back on the location if anyone is interested. I don't know any details just yet but I know there will be at least 1 Cat 972 or 980 loader and either a mcclosky or spyder screen machine. They need someone that's willing to do physical work at times when the machines need repair or adjustment. We crush and screen rock/gravel/dirt. Not sure how many positions will be open, but I'll put in a good word for anybody from here. Must have experience though, the manager has no tolerance for newbies. I believe the hours vary from 50 to 60, but dont hold me to it.

Need any bellys to move dirt? Water trucks? Or if you need a mechanic for the equipment give me a holler.

Ok, I'll talk to my boss. I know we will need a mechanic up there, it's too far to send ours on a daily basis.

Well, turns out it's just gonna be a one man show for now. My boss is doing it all himself, but he said eventually he'll get someone else to step in and do it or help him. He's crushing rock, loading trucks, fueling machines, and gonna run the scale house(when I drop it off). Send me a PM with your name and number and I can see what he says. I bet they could use a belly or two.
