I have heard of the many bad things that are happening with the money that is given to them. And I, in no way want to support that. But just because a few people are acting in the wrong, doesn't mean the people that are suffering can't get any help. I have a friend who volunteered at the astrodome last weekend, and she said there were rooms filled with little kids who were either abandoned or the parents were not there. You have to look at the real victims, and that is why I wanted to help and will continue to help. There is no such things as 100% of people acting the right way.

I heard that. I will volunteer my time, and food and clothing, but not my money. You just can't trust people.

any kind of donation is always needed. and there are more people that appreciate and need it, compared to the number of people that are abusing and mis-using the system.
