Default Houston Home-Owners!

I am currently doing sales for a roofing company. I know if this storm hits Houston there will be tons of damage. The upside is your insurance companys pay for this damage. I have talked to the owner of the company and he is allowing me to give all LS1TECH members and there family members a discount on there Deductible. If you receieve damage to your roof please give me a call. He is rewarding you with a $500 discount on Deductibles. The sooner we get the ball rolling the faster you get a new roof.

If you have any questions feel free to give me a call @ 713-725-8377.

Goodluck and be safe!

Kenny D.

Thanks for the heads up. Hopefully we won't need that though.

If my roof gets whacked, I'd be interested if the company is fully bonded and insured (and has the paperwork to back it, which I WILL check).

All a homeowner needs to do is contact their insurance company. An adjuster will come out and they know how much a roof will cost to replace. It is good not to get shorted on how many squares you have. A roofing company can give you an estimate and measure how many squares you have. Kenny D.(among others) wants you to sign a contract saying they will put a roof on for the amount the insurance pays if he gets the claim to go through. This is completely unnecessary after a hurricane because the wind damage will be undeniable and all insurance companys will pay. Your deductibles will not increase because the damage is caused by an act of God. So if you do your own foot work(call the insurance company and a roofing company yourself) you can put any additional money the insurance company gives(over your roof estimate) you into your home instead of Kenny’s pocket. This additional money will easily cover your deductible. What Kenny is doing is by no means a scam. But you would basically be paying him a **** load of money($3k and way up) to make a couple phone calls and b.s. with an insurance adjuster. You make your own decision.
