Shop online around the Dallas/Ft Worth areas, their prices are much better.

I wouldn't buy an 05 with the A4, I would wait for an 06 with a 6 spd auto.
I passed up one for 42k, it was a 1SA w/polished wheels but without the Z51 pkg. So I decided to wait for a 06.
